Richard Spang grew up with his father’s Rolleiflex camera pointed at himself and 2 younger sisters. He used a Brownie before he was 10 then Instamatic and a series of 35mm cameras. He now uses both film and digital including his dad’s Rolleiflex. Richard is a retired electronics technician and lives on Whidbey Island where he usually can be found in the fog, forest or wetland.
